This Policy applies to PureVana's website/app and services (e-commerce + AI assistant). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

Data We Collect

  • Identity & Contact: name, phone, email, address.
  • Orders & Payments: order details, amounts, payment method (payments processed by certified providers; we do not store card data on our servers).
  • Device & Usage: cookies, IP, on-site browsing events, analytics.
  • Skin questionnaire (optional): collected with your consent for general educational use.
  • Skin photos (optional): if you use image analysis—not stored by default; we prefer instant/local processing. If you wish to keep them, we will request separate explicit consent and a limited retention period.

Lawful Bases

We process your data based on:

  • Contract performance (purchase, delivery, support)
  • Consent (marketing, non-essential cookies, sensitive/photo data)
  • Legal obligation (tax/e-receipts)

We do not sell your data. Any marketing-related sharing requires your prior consent.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Egypt. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards (encryption at rest/in transit, DPAs). By using the Services, you consent—where legally required—to such transfers. Sensitive data (e.g., health-related/photo data) is transferred only with additional explicit consent and to the minimum extent necessary.

Retention & Deletion

  • Account & order records: for as long as your account is active + legal retention for tax/e-receipt documents, up to 7 years.
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent.
  • Skin photos: not stored by default; when consented for storage, retained for a short default period (e.g., 30 days) then auto-deleted.

To delete your data/close your account: email info@purevana.store; we respond within 5–10 business days, unless a legal obligation prevents deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Rectification of incorrect data
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • Restriction of processing
  • Object to marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

We action requests within 5–10 business days with basic ID verification.

Children

Services are for 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to remove any minor's data.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Restricted access controls and admin MFA
  • Access audit logs
  • Encrypted backups

In case of a material data breach, we will notify you within a reasonable period in line with applicable law.
